門與答是的，胚胎植入前基因诊断(PGD)已用了多年，准绳度达99%。有，但没有一种比PGD可靠，或准确度可媲美PGD。合法。可以，胚胎专家可利用单精子卵细胞浆内微型注射法(ICSI)将单一活动精子注射到成熟的卵子内，所需的精子数目只需等同于卵子数目。ICSI现在已被广泛使用于IVF上，而且受精率十分理想。到现时为止，没有证据显示PGD会令婴儿的不正常率或染色体异常率增加。当胚胎细胞被抽出时，这些细胞仍未作分工，即每个细胞均属一样，可分裂发展至身体的不同部位。在这阶段，取去胚胎的1-2个细胞不会影响胚胎的正常发育。若刺激卵子成熟部份在香港进行，需在外地逗留时间约为10天。胚胎移植后2天。最好平躺在床或椅子上。我们通常建议病人在胚胎移植后，留在床上休息10-30分钟。胚胎移植后3-5天可以有性行为，以不激烈为准。...
